You spend hours (upon hours) searching the internet for activities for the toddlers in your care.
Many times you find that those activities are actually meant for older children - preschoolers and pre-kindergarten aged children.
Watering down those activities does not make them developmentally appropriate for your older toddlers--you and I know that--yet there they are: preschool activities labeled as toddler activities.
